How accurate are the birth charts?

Accepted Answer

Every position is computed in your browser and checked against NASA/JPL Horizons: the Sun within 1 arcsecond from 1650 to 2050, the chart angles within 0.5 arcminutes, the Moon around 6 arcminutes, and the planets within 0.2 degrees. Umbriel also publishes what it is least accurate at, which is near-Earth asteroids. And if you do not know your birth time it will not guess, the Ascendant, Midheaven and houses are left out rather than approximated, and Umbriel checks your whole birthday hour by hour to tell you which placements are certain whatever time you were born and which are down to two signs. Do I need an account, and can I stay anonymous?

No account is needed to start. If you want your progress, charts and University path saved so nothing you build gets lost, you can create a free account, and even then you never have to share your real name. You can stay completely anonymous.
